WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR CLASSES
Each class we enjoy uplifting and invigorating yoga which is designed to help your recovery. But don’t worry it is still gentle, beginners’ yoga aiding relaxation and a sense of calm. We end each class with at least 10 minutes for savasana, a period of stillness and relaxation, in which you can lie down, close your eyes and allow your mind and body to rest.
