Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to yoga, our classes are adaptable for all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy from 12 weeks.

It helps alleviate common pregnancy-related issues such as back pain, swelling, and fatigue through targeted exercises. WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR CLASSES
Class begins with a sharing circle giving you the opportunity to chat with other expectant mothers and share your experiences. We then enjoy the practice of yoga, each week offering familiar poses and stretches whilst also providing a little bit of a challenge to help strengthen and prepare your body for managing pregnancy and birth. The class will end with savasana, a period of stillness or relaxation to help your body rest and mind calm.
