Our classes are tailored to accommodate the needs of postpartum mothers and their infants, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Mum and Baby Yoga helps mothers gently restore their physical fitness, focusing on core strength, pelvic floor recovery, and overall flexibility. It provides a calming but fun environment that can help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting emotional balance. The practice enhances the bond between mother and baby through shared activities and physical contact. Classes offer a supportive community where mothers can share experiences and build friendships with others in similar stages of motherhood.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR CLASSES
Our classes include approx. 40 mins of gentle yoga specifically designed for postpartum recovery. We also enjoy interactive activities and songs to create fun and engaging moments for babies. We end each class with a cuppa and biscuits which fosters a sense of community, allowing mothers to connect and support each other.

Mum and Baby yoga runs alongside school terms for 6 or 7 week terms. This class is suitable for babies from 6-8 weeks.
